    • Pull Pink Tabs

  2. lsM1L3PJ3YU1THol
    • Remove the Two Phillips screws, one on each side.

  3. 3xITdx3VvYjZdO3G
    • Pull Hair Brush Portion

Do not pull apart the halves of the handle portion.

    Xochitl Sandoval -

You must lightly pull apart the two halves just enough for the brush to pass

    Alexis Hakes -

I removed the rings at the bottom before this step. That exposes the 2 screws at the bottom. Once they are removed then you can pry the 2 halves of the handle apart and the head comes off with no effort.

    Scott Riddle -

Definitely remove the brush after removing the bottom two (2) screws.

    • Twist and pull the Air Filter to remove. It is held in place by two lugs and holes (Circled blue on photo). Quite difficult to remove but it will come if enough force is applied

    • Slide the Power Indicator/Ring.

Show more on how to get the rings off. To get them off I used a flat screwdriver between the rings and the handle body to pry the rings down and off. I don't know if twisting would have gotten them to let go but that is what worked for me.

    Scott Riddle -

I could not get the ring off with trying to twist by hand or prying. I then used a pipe strap wrench and had it off in 5 seconds with no damage.

    Brad Fraley -

Nice, a photo would have been explanatory and inspiring.
