Introduction
The ER310 comes with a 3.7 VDC 2600mHA lithium ion battery(Li-ion) battery. This battery can be charged in 3 different ways. For any of these, make sure the Li\AA switch is in the LI position (Li-Internal Lithium Ion Battery)
As a last resort for the radio, it can also be powered by six AA batteries. When doing this, make sure the Li\AA switch is in the AA position. These batteries will not recharge in the radio. This would be an option mainly to listen if your internal Li battery failed.
-
-
Open the hand crank to reveal the battery door.
-
Use your thump or finger to push open the battery door catch and remove the panel.
-
Now you have access to the battery compartment with the larger Li-ion battery and the spot for six AA batteries. Do not store the radio with AA batteries in as that can leak over time when not used.
-
You can now check or replace batteries as needed.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
